Coors Light® NFL Sweepstakes COMPLETE OFFICIAL RULES 1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. This “Sweepstakes” will be known as the Coors Light® NFL Sweepstakes. The “Promotional Period” will begin on Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (CT) (“Inception”), and end on Sunday, January 29, 2010 at 3:00 PM CT (“Conclusion”), unless terminated earlier or extended at the sole discretion of Sponsor. 2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS. Sweepstakes is offered and open only to legal U.S. residents who are at least 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors and agents of MillerCoors LLC, REACH Media, Inc., The Tom Joyner Morning Show® affiliate radio stations, BlackAmericaWeb.com, Inc., and Radio One, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, promotion partners, and advertising and promotional agencies (together with Sponsor, collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), suppliers, distributors or retailers of alcohol beverage products, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households (whether or not related) of each of the above are not eligible to enter or win. Individuals who have won any other prize from Reach Media, Inc./Tom Joyner Morning Show® Sweepstakes or promotions or giveaways in the previous sixty (60) days and people living in such household are also not eligible to enter or win. Any prize won by the same individual, or by different individuals in the same household, beyond the first will be forfeited. For purposes of Sweepstakes, “household” shall be defined as persons living at the same street address, either full or part time, whether or not such individuals are legally related or not. Sweepstakes is void in Alabama, Alaska, California, Florida, Hawaii, Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico, Vermont and West Virgina and where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. 3. ELIGIBILITY DETERMINATION. Prizes will be awarded to potential winners only after eligibility has been determined. This shall include, but not be limited to, such potential winner satisfying all of the elements of the registration eligibility criteria after a review of documentation and determination of Administrator in its sole discretion, such determination which shall be deemed final. In addition, such potential winner shall have fulfilled all of the prize conditions and accurately completed the documentation required herein, including as specifically set forth in Section 8 of these Official Rules. Each potential winner’s age may be subject to verification by a third-party age-verification service, and failure to receive verification from the third-party age-verification service that the potential winner is at least 21 years old may result in disqualification or prize forfeiture. 4. HOW TO ENTER: Participants enter the Sweepstakes by logging onto www.Blackamericaweb.com/whatever you want; and entering their first and last names, e-mail address, mailing address, date of birth, day and evening contact telephone numbers and acknowledgment of having read the Official Rules and their agreement to abide by same. Once submitted, an entry cannot be deleted, canceled, or modified. 5. SELECTION OF GRAND PRIZE WINNERS. Grand Prize winners will be randomly selected from the all eligible entries received from Inception through December 18, 2009 3:00pm CT. Non-winning entries will be forwarded into subsequent drawings Potential Grand Prize Winners will be required to complete and return a notarized affidavit as specified in Section 8 of these Official Rules. Should a Potential Grand Prize Winner be disqualified due to ineligibility, cannot be contacted, or does not return their documentation as required, such prize shall not be awarded. Grand prizes will be awarded assuming the minimum number of eligible entries equaling the number of prizes are received. 6. SELECTION OF SECONDARY PRIZE WINNERS. One secondary prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received each Weekday from December 1,2009, through January 29, 2010. ”Weekday” for selection purposes shall be defined as Monday through Friday with a drawing taking place each weekday at 3:00pm CT through January 29, 2010. Entries received on a Weekday after 3:00pm CT will be included in the selection for the following Weekday. Secondary prizes will be determined by a time of entry. Winners may not request a specific prize, exchange prizes, substitute prizes, or request that the prize be transferred to another person. Secondary prize winners of prizes valued at $250.00 or more will be required to complete and return an affidavit as specified in Section 8 of these Official Rules. Secondary prizes that are unclaimed, undeliverable, for which the winner has been disqualified, or for which the winner did not return their documentation as required will not be awarded. All secondary prizes will be awarded assuming the minimum number of eligible entries equaling the number of prizes are received. 7. PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: Two (2) Grand Prizes will be given away. Grand Prize I will consist of: (i) round‑trip, coach, air transportation for two (2) people from a major commercial airport in the continental United States near the winner’s home, departing on Saturday, January 30th and returning on Monday, February 1st; (ii) hotel accommodations (standard accommodations, double occupancy) for two (2) people for three (3) days/ two (2) nights; (iii) a $200 travel stipend, (iv) ground transportation to/from the game in Miami, FL, (v) two (2) tickets to the Coors Light 2010 Pro Bowl Party, (vi) two (2) 2010 Pro Bowl Pre-game Tailgate Tickets (vii) two (2) tickets to the [2010] Pro Bowl, and (viii) a commemorative 2010 Pro Bowl gift item. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of this Grand Prizes is $5,000. Grand Prize II will consist of: (i) round-trip, coach, air transportation for two (2) people from a major commercial airport in the continental United States near the winner’s home, departing on Thursday, February 4th and returning on Monday, February 8th ; (ii) hotel accommodations (standard accommodations, double occupancy) for two (2) people for five (5) days/four (4) nights; (iii) a $200 travel stipend, (iv) ground transportation to/from the SuperBowl XLIV game in Miami, FL, (v) two (2) Super Bowl XLIV Game Tickets, and (vi) a commemorative Super Bowl XLIV Gift Item. The approximate retail value (‘ARV”) of this Grand Prize is $8,250. The total ARV of all Grand prizes: $13,250. Important Notice: Trips must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor. If winner and guest cannot travel on the dates specified by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Travel dates are subject to availability; blackout dates and restrictions may apply. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary, and all travel arrangements must be made through a travel agent selected by Sponsor. If winner lives within a 200-mile radius of the hotel selected by Sponsor, winner will not receive the air transportation portion of the prize, and the Grand Prize package will consist of all other remaining elements. Each winner will be responsible for all gratuities, meals, ground transportation and any other incidental costs or expenses not identified in these rules. Game and event tickets are subject to standard rain-check policies and procedures. If the event is delayed, postponed, or canceled for any reason, winners will not be reimbursed for game and or event tickets. Each winner agrees that game and event tickets are awarded pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license personal to that applicable winner. Winner agrees not to sell, resell, auction, barter, assign, exchange, place in commerce, transfer, give away, donate or otherwise convey any game or event ticket received as a prize. A violation of these restrictions shall revoke the winner’s license, and the game tickets will not be honored. Secondary prizes will be awarded in an order according to a pre-determined schedule and will consist of the following: (i) one (1) Nintendo Wii™ Game System and Madden 2010 combo gift set, ARV $250; (ii) one (1) PlayStation 3 Game System and Madden 2010 combo gift set, ARV: $340; (iii) one (1) Sony PSP Portable Game Device and Madden 2010 combo gift set, ARV $240; (iv) four (4) stand up football helmet BBQ grill, ARV. $107 each; (v) four (4) branded MP3 music cooler (w/speakers),ARV $20 each; (vi) four (4) inflatable goal post/cooler, ARV $33 each; (vii) four (4) CL football tailgate chairs, ARV. $30 each; (viii) four (4) CL branded stadium seat cushions/cooler, ARV. $20 each; (ix) ten (10) NFL Gift cards ($100 face value), ARV $100 each; (x) four (4) Coors Light Football Jersey, ARV $50 each; (xi) seven(7) branded (CL/NFL) silver football, ARV $32 each. Total ARV of all secondary prizes: $3,094. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each drawing. All secondary prizes to be awarded no later than Sunday, January 31, 2010. All Prizes that are unclaimed, undeliverable, for which the winner has been disqualified, or for which the winner did not return their documentation as required will not be awarded. 8. GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: All federal, state or other tax liabilities arising from the Sweepstakes will be the sole responsibility of the Winner. This Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all applicable federal and state laws. By entering this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes, or the Sweepstakes itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Sponsor and/or the judges, whose decisions are binding and final in all respects. Entries made by any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes-entry services) are prohibited and will void all entries by that Entrant. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for user cheating or fraud by entrants. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of registration information or if BlackAmericaWeb.com becomes corrupted. Awarded prizes are only as detailed above, are not transferable or assignable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, but is under no obligation to, substitute a prize of comparable or greater value in its sole discretion. Each Winner will be issued an IRS form 1099 by Sponsor and the value of a prize may be considered taxable income to such Winners. All federal, state and local taxes, and all other costs or expenses associated with the acceptance and/or use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Potential Grand Prize Winners will be required to complete, execute, and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and Release which includes a Publicity Release (where legal) and an IRS Form W-9 within three (3) business days as specified in Sweepstakes prize notification sent to Winners prior to the acceptance of the prize. Each Grand Prize winner’s guest must be at least 21 years old at time of travel and will be required to sign and return a Release of Liability/Publicity (where legal) by the dates specified by the Sponsor. Potential secondary prize winners of prizes valued at $250 or greater will be required to complete, execute, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release which includes a Publicity Release (where legal) and an IRS Form W-9 within three (3) business days as specified in Sweepstakes prize notification sent to Winners prior to the acceptance of the prize. Appropriate identification (including proof of U.S. residency) is required for all prizes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Failure to return complete and accurate documents in a timely manner, noncompliance with these Official Rules or return of a prize notification as non-deliverable, will result in forfeiture of the applicable prize. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, all prizes will be mailed to the Winner via U.S. mail, at the address provided by Winner. Releasees (as defined below) assume no liability for late, lost, damaged or misdirected prizes. Once Winner is in possession of prize, prize shall have been deemed accepted, except as otherwise determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and Winner shall be responsible for all taxes associated with the actual value of prize, subject to IRS laws and regulations. No more than the number of prizes stated herein will be awarded and Sponsor reserves the right not to award all prizes. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Colorado, without respect to Conflict of Law Doctrines. As a condition of participating in this sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Jefferson County, Colorado, having jurisdiction. 9. RELEASES. All participants, by participating in Sweepstakes, agree that Sweepstakes Entities, NFL Entities (as defined below) and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, independent contractors, salespeople, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Releasees”) are released from all liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by participant, from and against any and all claims, actions and/or liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person, including without limitation, death and property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, participation in a Sweepstakes-related activity, or participation in this Sweepstakes. Participants acknowledge that Sponsor has neither made, nor is in any manner responsible for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Sweepstakes. Prior to receiving a prize, participants must sign an official waiver form provided by Sponsor. 10. USE OF NAME/LIKENESS. By entering this Sweepstakes or accepting a prize, all participants consent, where lawful, to the use of their video, biographical information, statements, name, portrait, picture or other likenesses, hometown, state of origin, and/or voice and their Submission in any and all media now or hereafter known (including without limitation, on, advertising video, The Tom Joyner Morning Show® and its affiliate radio stations, BlackAmericaWeb.com and affiliated web sites) for publicity, advertising and promotional purposes worldwide in perpetuity without additional compensation, notification or permission and without the right of review. By participating in the Sweepstakes, where allowed by law, participants agree that Sponsor may disclose personal information obtained from participants in Sweepstakes to third party entities and use this information for marketing and other purposes, though no personal information will be sold. Winner may be required, upon Sponsor's request, to complete additional documentation that, among other things, grants the Sponsor the right to distribute and/or exploit Winner's information for whatever purpose Sponsor chooses without further compensation. Sponsor and Administrator have the right to use, assign or dispose of registration information however it sees fit without approval of or compensation to, Entrant or any third party. In case of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant who submitted the winning Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with that Entry and registration will be deemed the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Said Entrant must comply with these Official Rules and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, may be required to provide proof of ownership of the email account. Additionally, by opting-in to specific offers from any of the Sweepstakes Entities/Sponsors, Entrant's entry information will be subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service and Entrant agrees to receive additional email communication from those companies. 11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. Sponsor assumes no responsibility and disclaims all liability for any lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, delayed, mis-delivered or undelivered items sent by electronic transmission or other delivery method. Lost prize checks will not be resent. Releasees are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by any of the equipment associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, and Releasees assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, defect, failure, malfunction or delay in operation or transmission, or for any damage to participant’s or any third party’s computer, hardware, software, or any other device, or for theft or destruction, tampering, or unauthorized access to entry information, or for entries which are late, delayed, misdirected, inaccurate, incomplete or, inaudible, disconnected (or any combination thereof) or for preemption or cancellation of radio program, or for technical, network, on-line congestion, typographical, human or other errors or problems relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the announcement of prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof). Any attempt to defraud Sponsor in any way will result in disqualification of participant, and such participant will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. IN NO EVENT WILL RELEASEES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY PARTICIPANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. 12. ADDITIONAL RULES AND RESTRICTIONS. Sponsor reserves the right to make changes in the rules of Sweepstakes in its sole discretion at any time without notice, including, but not limited to the substitution of a prize or prizes, which will become effective immediately. In the event any winner is found to be in violation of these Official Rules, he/she will be required to forfeit prize or to reimburse the Sponsor for the stated value of a prize if such violation is found after the prize has been used by winner. 13.
