What’s new this year?

• Family Day: Due to overwhelming response from our guests of past reunions, we’ve replaced the day at the Disney parks with a brand new all-day event called Family Day taking place at the Gaylord Resort on Sunday. Family Day day will be open exclusively to Tom Joyner Family Reunion attendees and will feature activities, events, and sponsored concerts for the entire family
• Kids’ Night Out on Saturday for additional charge (Friday night is included in your package)
• Family Fun Center Expo: This year’s Expo will include even more vendors and children activities than ever before

What if I have special meal requirements?

• After your package is paid in full, we’ll send you an event planning guide where you can fill out and send us a form to specify your meal requirements

Should tip my servers and the staff? 

• For meals and activities included in reunion package, no gratuities are required   
• For meals and activities NOT included in reunion package, attendees are asked to use their discretion 

Are minors welcome to this event?

• Of course! Tom welcomes children of all ages to come and be part of the fun. In fact this event was designed for the whole family with something for everyone to enjoy!

Will there be Internet access?

• Each guestroom is equipped with a computer and Gaylord iConnectsm.  This service is offered at no additional charge.
