Each month the Tom Joyner Foundation selects a specific HBCU to focus our fundraising efforts towards. During the month of November 2009, Norfolk State University is the HBCU of the Month.
We encourage individuals, groups, organizations and alumni of Norfolk State University, to join us in our effort to support institutions of higher learning.
