Are you looking to add a little southern flair to appetizers for your upcoming holiday festivities?  A few tips to keep in mind for your appetizing event:

1) For an appetizers-only party (no meals), you should serve 7-9 appetizers per guest.  If you plan on serving a meal following appetizers, minimize appetizers to 4-6    per guest.
2)Prepare additional trays of each appetizer for an easy swap out.
3)Serve a mixture of hot and cold appetizers.
4)Seasoning is key!
