Joe Jackson's New Tactic: MJ's Will Was Forged

Despite losing an earlier court battle, the father of Michael Jackson will try again to challenge the two businessman named as executors of his son's estate, this time by trying to prove that his son's will was forged.

Joe Jackson, 81, last week lost an attempt to replace administrators John Branca and John McClain after Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff ruled he had no right to a say in his son's affairs.

However legal papers filed on Friday indicated Joe Jackson, who was left out of the "King of Pop's" will, now plans to challenge the ruling at the California Court of Appeals.

TMZ.com said Jackson was seeking the removal of executors Branca and McClain on the basis that the pop icon's will which appointed them was a forgery.

I don't know what to think of Joe Jackson. It's a sad situation. I know he helped his kids get started and managed their careers in their earlier days, but wasn't he compensated for that a long time ago? He hadn't been a part of their professional worlds in decades, so why does he think he deserves anymore money. Sadly Michael expressed his disdain for his dad and showed it by not leaving anything to him in his will, so Joe should just let it go. Maybe if he'll just go away Katherine will give him a small bit of money. Maybe??

Shame on those freaking lawyers for even taking this on! As I stated before, unless he's contesting the Will, it is legal and binding, and he is NOT entitled to a darn thing. Joe needs to sit his tired a$$ down...NO go LAY down!! OLD NINJA!!!
