“Cooking With Coolio: Five-Star Meals at a One-Star Price,” by Coolio

Who else could come up with recipes like Soul Rolls, Finger-Lickin' Rib-Stickin' Fall-Off-the-Bone-and-into-Your-Mouth Chicken, and Banana Ba-ba-ba-bread, as well as give advice to help people become “kitchen pimps.” Well, if that’s your goal, here’s your cookbook.

“Celebrations: Lush Flowers, Opulent Tables, Dramatic Spaces and Other Inspirations for Entertaining,” by Preston Bailey

The latest book from event planner extraordinaire Preston Bailey provides inspiration for anyone planning a gathering. His beautifully photographed book features many of the designs he works on for his upscale clients, but even those on a budget can get some ideas from his lavish productions.
